Closing a Legend

Scope: One of America’s best schools of acupuncture and Chinese medicine needed crisis counsel as it struggled to stay open in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Work included government relations and internal communications as college leaders tried to stay open, then crisis communications, executive communications, and media relations after the board of directors voted to close the college. Work also included extensive research and interviews to create a commemorative report detailing 42 years of local, national, and international impact.
