Scope: Engineering is a major driver at LSU – of enrollment, education innovation, and research impact. It’s also broad and deep, with eight departments, including computer science and construction management. The college's new dean needed help expressing the college's unique value and results and providing the college communications team with a shared vision and direction. Serve multiple roles – leader, advisor, coach, and collaborator – while executing on an in-depth strategic communications plan that I produced based on 40+ stakeholder interviews.
