Scope: Led and executed on high-profile communications and change management projects for the largest hospital system in Portland, Oregon. Work included communications planning for the launch of a new business software platform; progress on a $2.2 million grant to address workforce burnout; the roll-out of a controversial compensation redesign; and announcing the unprecedented sale of Legacy’s laboratory business.
