Scope: One of Portland’s most successful nonprofits addressing the housing and homelessness crisis needed communications and fundraising assistance after five years of explosive growth. With housing in the public spotlight, I provided media training to key leaders and managed a high-profile TV story that captured Cultivate’s spirit of compassion and community. I also partnered with a friend to create and present a customized, trauma-informed workplace communication training for staff that got great reviews.
